There is a growing debate on whether or not to use a playoff type system to determine the final standings for a Twitter Poker Tour season. The playoffs would likely be either a single tournament with the top X players (6, 9, 10, whatever is decided) or a series of heads-up matches in a bracket type playoff system.
The final order of finish would dictate the finishing spot for the season and thus the prizes awarded. If we decided to use playoffs, it would go into effect next season.
