Hi I have been playing rushpoker since its inception and have done quite well at 0.05/0.10 tables. That was until I started being in the blinds every 4th hand. For some reason over the course of thousand and thousands of hands (really thousands and thousands) I am in the big or small blind every 4th hand on average. I contacted Fulltilt and sent them hand histories to no avail. They told me that a player can be in the blind up to 50% of the time over 20k hands. I had to laugh at that. I was especially interested in reading your section on the blinds because it is not my experience at all. It is very rare for me to go more than 5 hands without being in the blind (big or small) and super rare to go 8 or 9 hands with out the blind. I have never, and I repeat never since I began noticing this, gone more than 9 hands without the blind. I would guess that once in a while a player would go more than 9 hands without landing in the blind to average out all the times he or she got the blind in less than nine. For me it is like a tax on my winnings. If I manage to play, lets be conservative and say 60 hands in an hour I will be in the BB or SB for 15 or more of those hands. As you know from playing yourself very few hands are worth playing so I am often forced to call raise of 3x or so just to play a hand of say some lowly suited connector. There are very few hands at this level which go without a raise and people tend to play quality hands more often in this style of poker. Multiply this by 4 tables ( I like to play multi tables) and it can get costly. It also weighs on my ability to stay cool when I am in the blinds over and over again. It is for this very reason I will not play at a higher stakes rush table. Now I must state I love rushpoker and really want to play it but with this blind situation I am spinning my wheels. I have remained at the same money amount for 2 weeks now since it began in the hope that it would work itself out but has not. My guess is that certain people have been assigned to suck up the blinds and keep rushpoker running efficiently. I would appreciate your thoughts on the matter. PLease contact at the emial adress above I would love to write an in depth article on this matter for your website.

Thanks

fewer large pots? really? I turned 5k into 70k in short order. It's fast pace means less waiting for joe blow to call, check or fold.No matter what position you are in if you play smart you can minimize your losses.
though this was on the play money tables. I haven't to played the real money tables yet

I've found that it's advisable to play mostly top 10 hands during rush poker... kinda cramps my usual loose-aggressive style - Not nuts about it.
